Every weekday, about 1100, Baggage # 5 gets jammed up. As a consequence, the monitors over the Claim are full and later arriving pax get concerned about their bags and how/where to retrieve them. Recommend, UA utilize one of the other Baggage Claims instead of the over-utilized Baggage # 5.

Recommend the Airport install toilet seat cleaner-dispensers in all airport/concourse restrooms. If one can judge by the number of users who leave the men's restroom without washing their hands, one can only come to the conclusion that the toilet seats are very dirty. The apple devices in the terminals do not show the arrivals/departures board as they are shown on the airport PCs. Delays and cancellations do not appear. Sometimes only half the flights are even listed. This makes serving passengers awkward by making them go to find the board. Thanks

When flights are delayed by a considerable amount of time, the arrivals board should reflect this. Often the board says "on time" when the flight is delayed by an hour or more, which is confusing to someone who is meeting a passenger.
