Abolish the sign that comes up on the customs side of the arrival board at IAB that says "No flights in Customs." Every weekday, about 1100, Baggage # 5 gets jammed up. As a consequence, the monitors over the Claim are full and later arriving pax get concerned about their bags and how/where to retrieve them. Recommend, UA utilize one of the other Baggage Claims instead of the over-utilized Baggage # 5.

Airlines and/or MWAA should take responsibility that the correct gate is listed on the departure board. When I brought an example of an incorrect gate to their attention, the airline did not seem to care and MWAA did not change it.

Recommend the Airport install toilet seat cleaner-dispensers in all airport/concourse restrooms. If one can judge by the number of users who leave the men's restroom without washing their hands, one can only come to the conclusion that the toilet seats are very dirty. (Look at Wegmans for examples.)

Insist that "closed captions" be permanently enabled on the monitors that display CNN. If there were to be a major event, the crawl at the bottom may give a brief idea but the muted video is frustrating. Especially needed in baggage claim, but some restaurants like BeRightBurger need to told also

Recommend the Terminal H-VAC office consider lowering the temperature in the International Arrivals area of the airport from, say, 2:00 to 6:00 P.M. during the summer months. It is a busy time for the airport and the waiting area gets extremely stuffy.

When the TSA West Checkpoint is closing before the posted 10PM time, put a sign in front of the closed entry doors on the baggage claim level directing passengers to the East Checkpoint. Currently passengers open those doors and proceed down the escalator, only to find the checkpoint closed.

The apple devices in the terminals do not show the arrivals/departures board as they are shown on the airport PCs. Delays and cancellations do not appear. Sometimes only half the flights are even listed. This makes serving passengers awkward by making them go to find the board. Thanks

When flights are delayed by a considerable amount of time, the arrivals board should reflect this. Often the board says "on time" when the flight is delayed by an hour or more, which is confusing to someone who is meeting a passenger.

A sign is needed indicating that the new "Relax and Recharge" area opposite L1 is for recharging electronic devices is needed. During our 4-hour shift, 2 people slept there for over 2 hours, and a family of 7 used it for sitting, not charging devices.
