If I were the Minister of Education, I would raise teachers` salary. If the salary was risen, the teachers wouldn`t have to work so much. If the teachers didn`t have to work a lot, they would be able to prepare better for the classes. This would lead to a better education.

If I were the Minister of Education, I would propose to the government an idea of programme based on formation of highly qualified specialists. If my programme were done, it would be more highly qualified teachers. If it were more highly qualified teachers, education in Russia would be better.

As a minister I would first try to implement the rule of providing free education to charente between 2-14 years. that would be their fundamental right. my next steps will be to improve the quality of education by improving quality of teachers which will improve the quality of students. next, the major concern of today: student rights....I will ban ragging and child abuse that can disturb a student's life. then, I would emphasise on eradicating "exam cheating" that happens in major parts of country, this will provide good and fresh students to the nation as an asset.
my other steps would be to check law of meal schemes and providing different facilities to topper and mediocre students thus motivating others to achieve. I too at the moment would try to do my studies harder to complete my dream.
