It was really helpful for me to hear all these different perspectives in a short period of time. This enabled me to remember, compare and contrast more easily than when done over an extended period of time

This week was a valuable introduction into research methods and types of research currently happening in Discourse Studies. The opportunity to collaborate with other researchers was for me, as a beginner, such a rewarding experience. Thank you, to all the organisers.

I'm a newcomer to Discourse and linguistics methods to study social and political phenomena/events. Nonetheless, I saw multiple applications of linguistics and it broadened my view on this particular field. Thanks a lot for organising this week and giving opportunity to participate.

Since we have the "pros and cons" option, I'll use that for more detailed feedback. But basically the whole training was a very positive experience for me!

Hi, I haved really enjoyed the opportunity to spend time with other researchers, something I don't get very often as a distance learning student. I am an EdD student with an interpretive stance and so there was some interest there for me. Heavy on ethnography and discourse analysis though!
