A team of paid people or volunteers will regularly reach out to all members individually to make sure they are all fully informed

The Transition Team will hold drop-ins after each Members’ Meeting to update anyone who couldn’t attend. They will also share the minutes and decisions log on the GM SC website. And it is each member’s responsibility to stay in touch and catch up on what they missed.
