E2. During the Members’ Meeting, some members proposed to redistribute it now, and members who want to put it back into the network can do so. Going forward:

We should redistribute the cash (either equally, where everyone gets the same, or equitably, where there is a weighting based on size, need, amount of funding previously received from GM SC, etc, to be decided at a later date), and members who want to put the money back into the network can do so.
